Bio
As a co-founder and director of This Is Living, David is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through compassionate, personalised NDIS support.
David has over 10 years Disability Support experience across numerous organisations. Alongside hands-on Disability Support, David has also worked in the following roles in the sector: Support and Operations Manager, Residential Manager, Site Manager, Service Coordinator and Team Leader.

Bio
Tash has worked in the disability sector since 2016 and is deeply passionate about ensuring people receive the support they need — and have fun while doing it. She believes that quality of life comes first, and she brings compassion, energy and authenticity to every person she supports.
Outside of work, Tash is a proud mum to three beautiful daughters — Meilah, Rylee and Ariana — and a devoted wife to her husband, Matt. Together, they love spending time on their hobby farm, home to their horses, goats, chickens and their chocolate Labrador. As a family, they enjoy camping, eating out and anything that gets them outdoors and making memories.
Tash is driven by heart, family and a genuine commitment to helping others live their best lives.
